At Rolla Farms, we're proud to celebrate our family's agricultural roots with a fresh, modern purpose.

Our inspiration comes from the Ratay family farm—a place where hard work, family, and a deep respect for the land were part of everyday life. Although our family's path eventually led in other directions, those farming values never faded. Rolla Farms was created to reconnect with that heritage while sharing something we truly believe in: fresh, locally grown food that helps people live healthier lives.

Today, we're proud to grow our microgreens right here in Downers Grove, Illinois, providing our neighbors with nutrient-dense produce harvested at peak quality and delivered directly to their door or available at local farmers markets.

We specialize in growing premium microgreens because they're one of nature's superfoods. Despite their small size, these young greens are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. We also love that they make it easy to add both nutrition and flavor to everyday meals.

As a family-run business, every tray is grown with care from seed to harvest. We focus on quality, freshness, and sustainable growing practices so that our customers receive the best possible product.
